About this Training
As a member of Kingston’s tourism and hospitality community, you get questions every day from guests eager to discover Kingston and the 1000 Islands. This training is designed to quickly prepare you with key information on Kingston Destination Group experiences, so that you’ll be ready to answer common questions and help visitors make the most of their stay. This training also connects you with regularly updated resources that you can use every day to find up-to-date information on schedules, rates, and events. Training contains six sections:

At the end of each section you’ll find frequently asked questions, and a few short “test your knowledge” questions. Once you’ve read through each page, you will be ready to take the Quiz: it should only take about 10 minutes to complete and includes frequently asked questions from all six sections.
Training and quiz usually take approximately 30 minutes.
