Our valued team of hospitality staff are vital in this effort. A Tourism Placement at KDG will explore the different elements of tourism in our local industry, while you learn what it takes to make these memorable experiences possible. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with an interest in guest relations and hospitality management.
Over the course of this four week placement, you’ll come to understand how tourism management works in our capacity, from a managerial perspective, and from a guest-facing environment. You’ll see what’s involved in the planning process, how to effectively manage and motivate a team, and how memorable guest experiences are created and implemented on the front lines. There will also be opportunities to role shadow, sit in on meetings, and employ your skills through unique projects.
